SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We offer shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–14 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or high order volume. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier, but we will always assist if any issues arise.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, and any other necessary details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us if needed, we are happy to assist where possible.

RETURNS
RETURN COST
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
14 DAYS TO RETURN
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with no damage or alterations. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once your item is returned and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. If your item does not fit, you may return it for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
