All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.

We offer shipping within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and may take 7–14 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped, but we will always do our best to assist you if issues arise.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

14 DAYS TO RETURN

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with no damage or alterations. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund once the item is returned and inspected.

Exchanges are only available if there is an issue with the item you received, such as damage or an incorrect product. We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. If your item does not fit, you may return it for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
